G'day PJ and all,
I have a theory on this, which may or may not sound really weird.
Quite often when I do RV or anything that involves going within, I get the weird
feeling that I'm going against a flow of energy. It's as if there is an inward
sourse of energy which naturally flows outward and is expressed by our actions
and by going inward we have to wade against this tide which is tiring. It's as
if going inward creates a backward flow or a flow against the tide.
Does that make sense to anyone?
Cheers Liz

Hi Liz,
No, it doesn't sound weird. But for me, when I do any psi activity, I
don't feel that I am going within. Rather, that I am extending myself
(consciousness, energies, etc.), outward, after drawing in "universal"
energies. I wish I could explain this better...
