Subject: brainwave control ? nordhallen
Hi PJ and the oasis group,
I have been training CRV and ERV since 1999.
We have a traininggroup here in Stockholm, meeting every month, using the method
we learned from David Morehouse. We are going on on our own, so I already have
had help from your group with experienced persons.I feel like a beginner in that
stadium when you know you are wrong but notknow how to get it right and it is a
hard struggle (according to Prus exellent article on the learning process in
remote viewing? ).
This autumn we are planning to do more ERV with monitor and we also have contact
with the group in Oslo.
If my result is mediocre on the target I have gained more awareness of my
intuition and increased it in my daily life.
I want to discuss about brainwave control or lack of control.
I have thought that in ERV I was supposed to go to theta and stay there, which
has been problematic for me.
Now when Iīm reading Anna Wises book: Awakening the mind she has found that
there is a common brainwave pattern for yogis, scientists, musicians and all
forms of high performance and mastery.
She defines mastery as being in the state you want to be, when you want to be
there, knowing what to do with that state, and being able to accomplish it.
She claims the combination of brainwave frequencies that form the basis of
mastery can be learned without using an EEG, and have different steps to attain
that, where sensualization skills open the bridge to the subconscious.
She describes it as an open channel or a free flow of information between the
unconscious, subconscious and conscious mind that go down and than up again,
where all brain waves is involved simultaneously as in a consert.
I really wish to attain that, I be working on it, but donīt know now if is
I hope you will not unsubscribe me, I'm seriously interested in this and I think
I īm at least seven hours ahead of you.
