From: "etuthill_engineer" Date: Mon May 1?, ?003 10:38 pm Subject: A reintroduction of sorts etuthill_eng... Hi All- Seeing as there are a few new members, I have decided to hop on the bandwagon, and reintroduce myself to the board. I am new to RV, been learning for maybe 10 months now. And I am very new to all things psi as well. I don't have alot of friends/family who would even think twice about this sort of thing, so I have been pretty much hiding back out of sheer reflex. However, I have been experiencing some pretty grand (from my perspective? ) spiritual things of late, and I will probably bring these things up as they occur. I am training in the HRVG protocol now. I most recently got to the monitoring stages, which have been the most enjoyable and enlightening thus far. I have concurrently been going through the Gateway series of hemi-sync CDs. Actually, I have done all of waves 1-6, my favorite selections being done many times over. No OBE's yet, but some pretty interesting things nonetheless. I also just got Joe M's Mind Trek so I could follow along... and couldnt put it down! That was a great read. So hi everyone! And many thanks for letting me read all of your interesting tales thus far. It seems silly, but I have been agonizing for months about posting here, feels good to actually say hi. I will post about the various things that happen during my next monitored session assuming it will be as interesting as the previous sessions have been. And to PJ- get and/or feel better! ------------------------ Moderator's note: Thanks Eric, I'm fine now, though less pretty, and that wasn't a real high score to begin with. Chicken pox at age 38 was no fun, let me tell you. What a disgusting process! :-? ) PJ

From: "etuthill_engineer" Date: Tue May 13, ?003 10:36 am Subject: Re: A reintroduction of sorts (clarification morelike? ) etuthill_eng... Thanks Bill! Actually, my name is Eric, after all that waiting to post, I forgot to sign my name... feeling very Homer Simpson right now, complete with a loud "Doh!" (PJ tried to bail me out, to no avail... thanks though PJ? ) I sign my work EricT, I currently have one published session on the HRVG site under special sessions (out of class? ) V8F6-P3X5. Its linked under new sessions on the homepage. (right side? ) Its an OK session IMO, not great, I think I have a really great one soon to be published in a bit, had a really good hit... best to date. Kind of afraid of doing another, the old quite while you're ahead mentality is kicking in, lol. As far as "wierder than usual" that seems to go with the territory... the better you get at this psi stuff, the more connected one seems to get with, well, the other stuff you don't normally see. I have been experiencing this phenomenon bigtime for sure. Next truly interesting event I will diarize and post, see what y'all think. And thanks for the welcome! Eric

Before I just used natural abilities. I have found it is harder to learn protocols when your mind wants to go on ahead of you to the target and you are wanting to stay within the limits of the protocols. I will get through this. tee hee. I also recently acquired the Gateway tapes and am making my way through them as well, only just starting here too. :-? ) I am discovering I can use psychic abilities with RV to get more info out of the target and I am having fun with it. Good viewing and have fun with it. Barbara

Speaking of tapes, I am curious what the groups views are on the best tapes to get and who to avoid. Is Courtney Brown ok? I am checking out the online mp3 stuff, but am curious about how effective it is and how safe as well. I read some disparaging comments regarding Courtney and lack of protocols. Like anyone else, I don't want to spend $500 dollars on tapes, but I am very interested and am looking for alternative sources. I read a great deal, so no problem there. Christina

From: "etuthill_engineer" Date: Tue May 13, ?003 10:09 pm Subject: tapes/CDs clarify etuthill_eng... Hey Christina- First off, good to meet you! As far as tapes go, I have the gatway series 1 thru 6 which is all psi developmental, its not really "learn RV methodology" tapes, if that helps clarify. However, they have been absolutely crucial in my learning of RV. I consider it "Psi cross training" I feel it helps greatly, I probably meditate a bit more than I practice my RV, although I don't necessarily consider that to be a desired balance right now. (IE, I should really practice more? ) Your post made me think of another thing entirely, I will put that under a different thread though. Eric

From: Bill Pendragon Date: Wed May 14, ?003 1:51 am Subject: Re: Re: Tapes and lessons. docsavagebill Hi Christiana, I'm afraid it will depend on who you ask. I think Eva has filed Pru Calabrese's method in her files..accesable by joining www.farsight.com for free and going to the files. I think Pru's method is as good a beginning method as you can possibly get especially for that price..G. Lyn and Paul and David MOrehouse are the trained Ft Meade viewers who offer lessons (500-?000? ) for a 5-7 days of lessons. HRVG has inexpensive lessons something like $50/month for on line. Ed Dames outfit has split into several groups.. I really don't know if their methods or the spin off by Joanie Douriff are like..but not cheap. Angela also has lessons as do several second generation teachers. I've looked over sessions by pretty good viewers from all these methods and it is probably more dependent on natural talent than on which method you start with. I've undoubtedly left out others..please don't get mad.. Or you can get the Ft Mead RV manual from Firedocs and go your own..G Joe McMoneagle has outlined his method in his book Mind Treck..but I did not find it easy to get started from his book. Again for a start..I would go with the free course on Evas list. Did you mean farsight.org? If so, where is the file section? Thanks, Christina Don't click this link unless you wanna get bitten ! http://quiz.ravenblack.net/blood.pl?biter=ravenmoon ----------------------- Moderator's note: Farsight.org is pretty straightforward. Here are a couple of the pages that have several things linked: http://www.farsight.org/SRV/index.html http://www.farsight.org/resources.html Not sure what you're looking for but there is lots there. Bill, you of all people should know that they are in the FARVIEW yahoogroups mailing list files section. Join the list and go to the files section. But not farsight! They are totally different. -E --------------------------------- Moderator's note: Bill! Wait, I think you need MORE picking on for that. ;-? ) Calabrese's former AURORA BOMB STREET RV website (with the methods how-to? ) is archived in a single PDF file online from the front page of the Firedocs RV website as well. But for any on this list who aren't on Farview, I recommend it. The volume isn't heavy but is active enough to be interesting, they have a monthly target and sometimes share sessions about those. As for those methods, Eva has had training in those so she's a good person to hit up with questions. -- PJ

Sorry about the Oversight about the farsight vs Farview misciting. I'll try to keep it in my sights as clearly as I can and not be nearsighted nor farsighted about it. And certainly not t missSight your group name any more. Yours as always, Bill > ... Join the > list and go to the > files section. But not farsight! They are totally > different. > -E

Can you email me the link so I can access it please ? Thanks, Christina -------------------- Firedocs RV home page. Not Firedocs home page. Firedocs holds several topical collections, RV is just one. http://www.firedocs.com/remoteviewing/ You really can't miss it if you're at the RV site, it's a whole paragraph on the left hand side, 3 links down. Titled "Calabrese TDS Methods." -- PJ

You can find it by searching Yahoogroups.com for Farview and joining the list ( Eve's RV list which is a good one? ) and then you will have file privileges.. Bill
