From: "scottrver" Date: Thu Oct 10, ?00? 3:57 pm Subject: 1st ARV displacement question results scottrver I'm sure all will enjoy this from my ARV experiment on the side, I know I did. Q. Is the frequency of ARV displacement relative to ARV hitting correlated either directly or indirectly with anything that can be tested? Possible answers: yes, no, other ARV Answer: other Session Score (0-4? ): 3, a solid hit with several pieces of data unique to the target. Of course I only did one session and it might have displaced - LOL. Anyone want to proffer any interpretations on what "other" might mean though??? My next question will be about a specific possible factor to ARV displacement and I'll do several sessions under rigorous controls for a hopeful consensus outcome. Scott

Until you change something. and get excited about your new method and it pops up again..In my experience..G ALOS: I've been looking at Greg K.s site www.adventuresofgreg.com and he seems to be doing spectacularly well with his "new method"..which includes an audience that feeds back with him.. I'm very curious to see how this works out! BTW his RVing is very good or excellent and with no formal training. Just alot of practice and a pretty clever and creative mind. Best Regards, Bill

Go figure. > ALOS: I've been looking at Greg K.s site > www.adventuresofgreg.com and he seems to be doing > spectacularly well with his "new method"..which > includes an audience that feeds back with him.. I'm curious too, I think he's only bet on ? of the 3 events thus far, so it's a bit early to tell. >BTW his RVing > is very good or excellent and with no formal training. > Just alot of practice and a pretty clever and creative > mind. I could be wrong but I don't think his results are that uncommon for this methodology due to the nature of the perceptions, which are quite unlike CRV and derivatives. I do basically what Greg does with very similar results, but certainly a far cry from Joe McMoneagle. I simply melded what I read from Greg's site, Remote Viewing Secrets, and Mental Radio and had an unambiguous hit on my first session. I still haven't tried doing six, 10 minute sessions in an hour like Greg though - I find that pretty impressive. Scott

Yes, I did actually! -- thanks for posting it. > Q. Is the frequency of ARV displacement relative to ARV hitting > correlated either directly or indirectly with anything that can be tested? Boy that is a pretty labrynthian question! I'm no dowsing expert but have done it often off and on, and I find that the more complex my question, the more likely I often am to get the 'other' response. I eventually concluded this is because often, the answer is sort of like, "none of the above but also sort of one or both of the above depending on how you look at it or how you want to group the options" so there just isn't anywhere to go -- my assumptions are part of my questions, there is no way to get around that. We know already that displacement in any RV can be correlated with some things that can be tested. (E.g., feedback formal or informal, and 'informal' guesses I'd make like too great a range in the affectivity of the potential targets.? ) Could you break that question down to be more specific in some way? For example, set up a series of questions (it'd take more than one I imagine? ), to narrow down if a dominant or important factor in the displacement is occuring in (a? ) targeting, (b? ) tasking, (c? ) the viewing, (d? ) feedback, (e? ) judging, (f? ) other -- obviously I'm taking a reductionist approach to the process -- at least then you would know where to look? I'd volunteer to do sessions for such, but given the highly sporadic and unpredictable nature of my RV success I fear I'd be WAY more harm than help, LOL! PJ

This is very much along the lines of where I'm planning to head. The hard part is to decide how broad to make the categories - a? ) protocols, b? ) external environmental factors (LST, etc.? ), c? ) psychological factors, d? ) physiological factors (including brainwave states? ), etc. I guess I could just get progressively narrower until I get something other than "other". It's tempting to do a few for convenience sake like self-judging. It would be really convenient for me to do self-judging. Even though I've experienced increased displacement with self-judging, Greg K. thinks it works better and he's done many more ARV projects both with and without third party judges than I. I have no idea if I've experienced a real correlation or not with it because I don't have enough data points and haven't done an experiment to measure it. Regarding dowsing - does it help to do dowsing if you're in somewhat of an ERV type meditational trance state? I guess that would have been a good question for Joe McMoneagle. From: Weatherly-Hawaii...m Date: Fri Oct 11, ?00? 4:56 pm Subject: Re: Re: 1st ARV displacement question results maliolana Aloha Scott, I get a kick out of Greg as well...I learned a lot from cruising his site a year or so ago...I would recommend anyone interested in learning/practing ARV... write to Marty Rosenthall...he is a lovely person and will help as best he can with the information to sign up...and begin PIA...for ARV practice...there is a daily target..we are not at the moment into the cash ...cause we are looking for investors...but the entire set up is still available and graphs are kept of your progress... It is highly recommended that one finish at least 100 trials/sessions...before making any major assumptions...of ones progress average...and 1000 sessions...is preferable...One has the option of judging ones' own work and giving it a percentage of confidence and then ? days later...you get feedback... and can repeatedly over time...go back and look at them again...plus your own comments at the time...It simple marvelous...Once ya figure it out... Pia is wonderful...and user friendly... the ARV practice itself can be extremely frustrationing and exasperating...and joyful as hell!......I love it...I also hate/love the self judging...but I do learn so much this way...through self judging...I prefer it... One finds oneself...thinking about self in so many ways...learning little bits of very interesting stuff...about oneself...and it is even funny...to think...at times one has to almost battle with oneself...to get cooperation...hahah...and silence the plethora of images/sounds/analysis...before the viewing is complete...etc... ...corral them into joining the session party and hopefully helping out......To get to still/theta/sometimes,,, even alpha... is rough!...hhaha... I have this one energy Dawna character... that can only be identified...as like the coyote in Indiginous American Heritage...Jokester...loves to pull jokes on me...Especially at gotpsi... I ask my 'many selves'...to help me ...keep that one occupied... so it doesn't screw me up ...with really great aols... Rushes of certainty...or gives me a sign...a totally wrong sign... It really can be a problem at gotpsi sometimes...sheee...it comes on like it is so surefire...the feeling of it and all...certainty...give it a 90...sometimes even a 100%...so certain...and it isn't even close...to either target...Oh I really hate that one...Takes a few days to really get over it... So far off the target...it is almost laughable...so 'real'...gut feeling...and it is completely off...Yet felt sooo right/good...at tjhe time...I hate that!hahh...(I could write a soul/rythm and blues... slow song about this!...haha? )...I am much more stingy with the % rates of success I give myself nowadays... hahahah...good thing...I am about 43% at 5? trials......but I am tough... I am going to stick it out...I must be able to get a little better than that...They say below average is also evidence of psi activity...yea...but what good does it do?...hahah...but bottom line...it is a challenge with self...and great fun...as well as excellant potential...I am banking on preserverance playing a role... mrosenblatt... http://www.gotpsi.org/bi/gotpsi.htm I made the All Time Hall of Fame at got psi? last year?001...for negative psi!...hahah...approx ?500 trials...on the card test...Hey... what an accomplishment...huh?...hahha...but I am still over there now and then...still preservering... Love & Light & Laughter Mali'o...aka...Dawna
